Pricing & engagements

Know the work.
Know the price.

We quote the outcome, the scope, and the responsibility involved. You receive a written proposal before work begins, with professional fees and third-party costs clearly identified.

Discuss a scope

Three ways to work together

A useful first step.
Room to carry it through.

01 / Advisory

An environment review

Start with a smaller, flat-rate discovery phase. We review the environment, define the work, and prepare a plan and budget estimate for the complete project.

Flat fee agreed before the review

  • A review of the current environment
  • A defined scope and delivery plan
  • A budget estimate for the complete project

02 / Implementation

Beginning-to-end project implementation

Hands-on delivery with milestones, runbook, and project documentation. The proposal explains the scope of work and what is included.

Quoted for the agreed scope

  • Defined implementation deliverables
  • Testing and client acceptance
  • Documentation and handover

03 / Ongoing support

Support scoped to your business.

Continue with planned advisory, system maintenance, or a defined support allocation. Build the coverage around the systems and priorities you actually have.

Custom pricing for your business

  • Covered systems and agreed work
  • Availability and response expectations
  • A review cadence and clear terms
Discuss ongoing support

The proposal should
answer the real questions.

  1. What will we receive?

Deliverables, the systems included, and the evidence that establishes the work is complete.

  2. What does each side need to do?

Access, content, decisions, approvals, and the people responsible for providing them.

  3. What will it cost to deliver and operate?

Professional fees and payment milestones, plus identified hardware, licenses, hosting, model usage, or other third-party costs.

  4. What happens after handover?

Ownership, documentation, post-launch responsibilities, and the terms of any ongoing support.

What shapes the investment

The same service.
A different scope.

These are the inputs we review when preparing a quote. We identify uncertainty early so it can be resolved through a defined assessment or a clear assumption.

Technical Advisory

Quoted to your scope
  • The number of systems, sites, and stakeholders
  • The availability and quality of existing documentation
  • Research, testing, or discovery needed to fill evidence gaps
  • Procurement, governance, and timing requirements

Networks & Infrastructure

Quoted to your scope
  • Site count, floor plan, and existing cabling
  • Equipment capacity, lifecycle, and reuse
  • Migration complexity and permitted downtime
  • Onsite work, third-party coordination, and ongoing support

AI Systems & Automation

Quoted to your scope
  • Input quality, document volume, and model requirements
  • Available APIs, account permissions, and integration complexity
  • Local hardware or hosted usage and storage costs
  • Evaluation depth, rollout requirements, and support coverage

Practical questions

A clear agreement
from the beginning.

Why do you quote projects individually?

An assessment of one workflow and a migration across multiple sites carry different responsibilities. We quote after understanding the systems, deliverables, access, and acceptance criteria so the price describes actual work.

Is the first conversation a paid engagement?

The initial conversation establishes the problem, fit, and a useful next step. Substantive discovery, diagnosis, or recommendations are scoped as paid work, with the fee agreed before that work begins.

Can we buy advice without implementation?

Yes. A review or assessment has its own deliverable and flat fee. You can use the findings with your team or another provider; implementation is a separate choice.

How is additional work handled?

We identify the change, explain its effect on the price and schedule, and agree on it before extending the work. A new requirement should not become an unexplained invoice.

What is included in ongoing support?

The plan identifies covered systems, maintenance or advisory work, included time or deliverables, support channels, availability, and response expectations. Fees and terms are agreed for your business.

the situation.

Tell us what you need to decide or change, the systems involved, and any timing or budget constraints. We will help define a sensible scope.
