Leios Consulting is a husband-and-wife technology firm based in Yukon, Oklahoma, founded in 2025 by Yuvi and Bethany Rana. The Team Behind Leios
Yuvi Rana
Founder & Lead Consultant
Yuvi brings 20 years of technology experience to every Leios project, including 13 years as a Technical Team Lead and Senior Principal Engineer at Dell Technologies. He holds CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA Routing & Switching, and CCNA Security certifications. At Dell, he leads Cloud Solutions Backline engineering for the Americas region, specializing in VMware Cloud Foundation on VxRail infrastructure. That enterprise-grade discipline informs how Leios designs residential and small business systems that are reliable, secure, and maintainable.
Yuvi is a licensed Oklahoma Realtor (License #212331) partnered with Copper Creek Real Estate, and an FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot. He founded Leios Consulting in 2025 to bring the same level of technical rigor he applies to enterprise infrastructure into Oklahoma homes and small businesses. He has personally led over 80 technology projects across the OKC metro area, from smart home installations and AI deployments to enterprise network builds.
In his personal time, Yuvi is usually testing recipes on his Weber smoker, designing 3D prints, or fine-tuning the 50+ containerized services running on his home lab.
Bethany Rana
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Bethany combines certified technical skill with creative design expertise. She holds home networking and ethernet cabling certifications and understands the physical infrastructure that powers every smart home and business network Leios installs. Her role spans client communication, brand design, project coordination, and quality assurance across all Leios engagements. She ensures that every project not only works technically but also meets the specific needs and expectations of each client.
Bethany is currently pursuing her Oklahoma Real Estate license to expand how Leios serves homebuyers and sellers. Her goal is to integrate her technical background with the real estate market, helping clients evaluate a property's technology readiness alongside its traditional features. She manages Leios's creative direction, including the website, marketing materials, and social media presence.
Outside of Leios, Bethany enjoys spending time with family, baking, and helping fine-tune the automations and network in their own smart home.
