Workflow integration & AI evaluation
Map a process and evaluate whether rules, an integration, or AI can help. Review the approved data sources and hosting constraints, then test a bounded implementation with human review and a documented fallback.
Documentation & handover
Produce the system maps, configuration records, runbooks, and test evidence included in the scope. Walk the receiving team through what changed, how it is operated, and which responsibilities remain with other providers.

For a prime contractor, the starting point is the work package: deliverables, dependencies, schedule, flow-down requirements, and who accepts the result. Leios can work alongside the existing delivery team with a clearly assigned role.
For an agency team, identify the project owner, acquisition route, affected systems, and the requirements a provider must meet. Include location, access, data-handling, staffing, and documentation requirements so we can establish whether the work is a fit.
Remote delivery depends on the approved access and operating model. Onsite work, travel, availability, and ongoing support are agreed in writing for each engagement.

We can discuss a defined technical work package alongside a prime contractor or integrator. The proposal identifies Leios's responsibilities, the approvals required, the deliverables, and the acceptance process. Contract-specific requirements are reviewed before a commitment.
How do we verify eligibility for our procurement?
Share the solicitation or vendor requirements with us. Registration, contract-vehicle access, insurance, personnel qualifications, and any required certifications need to be checked for the specific opportunity before a bid or engagement. What should we include in the first inquiry?
A short description of the work, the organization or prime contractor, the delivery location, the expected timeline, and the procurement contact. A public solicitation link or a non-confidential scope helps us assess fit and identify the next step.
Can we start with an assessment?
Yes. A smaller paid assessment can define the current environment, requirements, dependencies, and options. Its scope and fee are agreed first, with implementation proposed separately if useful.
