Information you send us

Contact forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, company, phone number, project needs, and budget or timing preferences. Property enquiry forms may also collect information about your home search and representation. We use this information to respond, assess the work requested, arrange follow-up, and manage the relationship.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, medical records, or other sensitive documents through a website form. We can agree on a suitable way to exchange project material when needed.

Forms, booking, and service providers

• Our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes web requests and operational logs.
• Form messages are delivered using Resend and received in our business email. Property enquiries may also be copied to our business records in Google Workspace.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated traffic. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its processing details.
• Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. Information entered there is handled according to Cal.com’s privacy policy.

We share information with providers as needed to operate these functions, respond to requests, deliver agreed services, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and performance

The published website uses Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand usage and website performance. Data can include the pages visited, referral source, browser and device information, approximate location, and performance measurements.

Google Analytics uses browser cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. Vercel describes its aggregated, cookie-free approach in its Web Analytics privacy documentation.

Some property campaign pages may use a Meta Pixel when configured for that campaign. Meta can receive information about visits and interactions on those pages. Its use is covered by Meta’s privacy policy. We do not intentionally send contact form messages or calculator inputs as analytics events.

Tools and browser storage

Our calculators run in your browser. Using a calculator does not automatically submit its inputs or results to Leios. Printable checklists can save checkmarks on the device you use. Theme and motion preferences are also saved in browser storage. You can reset a checklist or clear your browser’s site data to remove these saved values.

If you choose to contact us about a result, the information you include in that enquiry is handled like other contact information. Printed or downloaded reports remain under your control.

Real estate enquiries

Real estate services are provided through Copper Creek Real Estate. Information relevant to a property enquiry or transaction may be shared with the brokerage and the professionals involved as needed for that work. Submitting an enquiry does not enroll you in a marketing text campaign.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiries and project records as needed to respond, deliver services, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the relationship and the type of record.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information you provided by contacting hello@leios.consulting. We may need to verify the request and retain records where a legal or business obligation applies. You can also ask us to stop optional follow-up communications.

Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy practices. We update this page when our practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision. This website is intended for people seeking our business, home technology, or property services, and is not directed to children.
