AI consulting. Oklahoma + remote U.S.

Every week you wait, the same bottleneck costs you again.

Four days on the calendar is only the visible part. The buyer keeps shopping while experienced staff rebuild work they have already done. Then the next request joins the queue.

Free 30-minute call. Bring the process your team is tired of repeating.

Where the delay spreads

A slow task drags the next decision with it.

Delay has a habit of spreading. The quote waits. Follow-up starts late. A decision gets made with old information. Scroll through the work we look for first.

01

Proposal production

A four-day quote gives the buyer time to keep shopping.

Senior staff rebuild work they have already done. The next request can land before the first quote is ready.

While it waits
Quote waits four days
Changed path
Intake + approved source material / Pricing and scope / Send-ready draft the same day
Explore workflow automation
02

After-hours inquiries

The next company can answer first.

A useful inquiry sits in voicemail while the team is on a jobsite. Follow-up depends on someone finding it later and remembering what to do next.

03

Recurring reports

The report arrives after the decision it was supposed to support.

Someone loses part of an afternoon gathering numbers and explaining changes. Important shifts stay buried inside the preparation work.

While it waits
Decisions use stale information
Changed path
Pull, compare, and summarize / Anomalies and business context / Four-hour report prepared in 20 minutes
04

Company knowledge

The answer exists. Work still stops to find it.

A buried SOP turns one question into another interruption. The same search starts again when the next employee needs it.

While it waits
Work pauses around one person
Changed path
Search approved internal sources / Exceptions and outdated guidance / Answer with the source attached
05

Content production

A publishing plan dies when every draft starts from zero.

Research, drafting, review, and publishing compete with client work. Skip one busy week and the entire cadence starts slipping.

While it waits
The publishing calendar stalls
Changed path
Research + structured first draft / Claims, voice, and approval / Three scheduled drafts each week

Built from infrastructure up

The model is one part of the system.

Leios started with networks and automation, so we pay attention to the handoffs underneath the AI. Business rules, source material, logs, and exceptions stay separate enough to change models later.

Before the first session

What people ask before we touch a workflow.

Pricing, data handling, model choice, and what happens after launch.

What size business is a good fit?

Most Leios AI work is with businesses that have 1 to 50 employees. We work in person across Oklahoma and remotely with U.S. teams. A strong first project repeats often enough to measure and wastes enough time to matter.

How much technical experience does my team need?

Your team only needs to know the tools they already use. Leios handles the setup, documents the process, and trains people on the real workflow before launch.

How do you choose the AI model?

We choose providers based on the job, your current tools, data requirements, and cost. The model remains a replaceable part of the system so the workflow can change providers later.

What happens to private business data?

We map what enters the system, who can see it, whether a provider can retain it, and which records should remain in your own tools. If the available controls are not good enough for the job, we choose a different setup.

How quickly should we expect a result?

A focused workflow can often ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Measurement usually starts in the first month. The assessment defines the baseline first, so the result is tied to your actual operation instead of a generic ROI promise.

What if the assessment finds no useful AI project?

We will say so. You still receive the workflow map and written findings. You can use them to fix the process without AI or revisit the idea later. Our build vs. buy guide explains the decision in more depth.

Start with the repeat

What will this workflow cost you next month?

Bring us the process that keeps getting delayed or rebuilt. We will talk through the current cycle and decide whether an assessment makes sense.
