      These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leios Consulting website at https://www.leios.consulting and all services provided by Leios Consulting ("we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by Yuvi and Bethany.
    </p>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Services Overview</h2>

      Leios Consulting provides the following services in Oklahoma:

      <li><strong>Technology Advisory:</strong> Assessments, architecture reviews, recommendations, and implementation planning</li>
      <li><strong>AI &amp; Automation:</strong> Scoped workflow design, integration, testing, and handover</li>
      <li><strong>Smart Home Integration:</strong> Home Assistant installation, automation setup, and smart device configuration</li>
      <li><strong>Enterprise Networking:</strong> Network design, installation, WiFi optimization, and structured cabling</li>
      <li><strong>Drone Videography:</strong> FAA Part 107 certified aerial photography and videography</li>
      <li><strong>Web Design & SEO:</strong> Website development, technical search optimization, and website maintenance</li>
      <li><strong>Real Estate Services:</strong> Licensed real estate services through Copper Creek Real Estate</li>
    </ul>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Service Agreements</h2>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Individual service engagements may be subject to additional terms, quotes, or contracts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      The proposal states whether pricing is fixed, estimated, or time-based. Changes to agreed scope, cost, or timing are discussed and approved before additional work begins.

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Smart Home & Networking Services</h2>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Scope of Work</h3>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Smart home and networking services include consultation, equipment recommendations, installation, and configuration as agreed upon in your service quote.
    </p>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Equipment and Materials</h3>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Equipment costs are separate from labor unless otherwise specified</li>
      <li>We recommend specific equipment but clients may choose alternatives</li>
      <li>Warranty coverage for equipment is provided by the manufacturer, not Leios Consulting</li>
      <li>We are not responsible for equipment failures outside our control</li>
    </ul>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Home Assistant & Open Source Software</h3>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Home Assistant and other open-source software are provided "as is" under their respective licenses</li>
      <li>We configure and optimize systems but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or future updates</li>
      <li>Software updates are the responsibility of the client unless covered by a support plan</li>
      <li>We recommend clients maintain backups of their configurations</li>
    </ul>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Support Plans</h3>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Ongoing support is scoped for each business or system. The written agreement defines:
    </p>

      <li>The systems and activities included</li>
      <li>Service hours, contact methods, and response commitments</li>
      <li>Fees, billing, cancellation, and renewal terms</li>
      <li>Exclusions and the responsibilities of each party</li>
    </ul>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Drone Services</h2>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">FAA Compliance</h3>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots in compliance with federal regulations. This includes:
    </p>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Operating only in approved airspace or with proper authorization</li>
      <li>Maintaining visual line of sight with the aircraft</li>
      <li>Following all altitude, weather, and safety restrictions</li>
      <li>Obtaining necessary permits for controlled airspace operations</li>
    </ul>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Weather and Conditions</h3>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Drone flights are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule flights due to:
    </p>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Wind or gusts unsuitable for the aircraft or planned operation</li>
      <li>Rain, snow, or precipitation</li>
      <li>Low visibility conditions</li>
      <li>Extreme temperatures affecting equipment</li>
    </ul>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Rescheduling due to weather is not subject to additional fees.
    </p>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Deliverables and Ownership</h3>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Final edited photos and videos are delivered to the client as specified in the service agreement</li>
      <li>Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use deliverables for their intended purpose</li>
      <li>Raw footage may be provided upon request for an additional fee</li>
      <li>We retain the right to use footage for our portfolio unless otherwise agreed</li>
    </ul>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Web Design & SEO Services</h2>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Project Scope</h3>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Web projects are defined by a scope of work agreed upon before commencement. Changes to scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
    </p>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Content and Materials</h3>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos) unless content creation is included</li>
      <li>We assume content provided is owned by the client or properly licensed</li>
      <li>Stock images may be used and are subject to their respective licenses</li>
    </ul>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Hosting and Maintenance</h3>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Hosting fees are billed separately from design work unless bundled</li>
      <li>We are not responsible for third-party hosting outages or issues</li>
      <li>Website updates outside of a maintenance plan may be billed hourly</li>
    </ul>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Real Estate Services</h2>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Real estate services are provided by Yuvi, a licensed Oklahoma Realtor (License #212331), under the supervision of Copper Creek Real Estate.
    </p>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Agency Disclosure</h3>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      All real estate transactions are subject to Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) rules and regulations, including agency disclosure requirements. Specific terms of representation will be outlined in separate real estate contracts.
    </p>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-theme-primary mt-6 mb-3">Brokerage Relationship</h3>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Yuvi operates as a licensed agent under Copper Creek Real Estate. All real estate contracts, commissions, and disputes are governed by the brokerage relationship and OREC regulations.
    </p>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Payment Terms</h2>
    <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-theme-secondary mb-4 space-y-2">
      <li>Payment terms are specified in individual quotes or service agreements</li>
      <li>Deposits may be required before work begins</li>
      <li>Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed</li>
      <li>Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge</li>
      <li>We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts</li>
    </ul>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Cancellation and Refunds</h2>

      <li>Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointments</li>
      <li>Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services</li>
      <li>Refunds for completed work are at our discretion</li>
      <li>Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days notice</li>
    </ul>

      To the fullest extent permitted by law:

      <li>We do not guarantee specific results from SEO or marketing services</li>
    </ul>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Indemnification</h2>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leios Consulting, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Intellectual Property</h2>

      <li>The Leios Consulting name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property</li>
      <li>Work created for clients becomes their property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified</li>
      <li>We may retain samples of work for portfolio purposes unless confidentiality is agreed</li>
    </ul>

    <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-theme-primary mt-8 mb-4">Dispute Resolution</h2>
    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

      <li>First, through good-faith negotiation between the parties</li>
      <li>If unresolved, through mediation in Canadian County, Oklahoma</li>
      <li>These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma</li>

    <p class="text-theme-secondary mb-4">
      We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
