We are based in Yukon, Oklahoma and serve the OKC metro. Remote advisory and delivery are available where the work allows; site visits and travel are agreed as part of the scope.

You have direct access to the people responsible for the work. Yuvi leads technical direction, while Bethany works across creative direction, client communication, and project coordination.

Yes. Advisory can review your current setup, clarify requirements, compare options, and document a recommendation. You can use that advice for an internal decision or a later implementation project.

No. An advisory engagement has its own agreed scope and deliverables. If you want implementation help afterward, we scope that separately.

The initial conversation is complimentary. Detailed investigation, written assessments, workshops, and implementation planning are paid work, agreed before we begin.

That is the starting point. We review the workflow, data access, integrations, and constraints before choosing a tool or building anything. Some needs are better met by ordinary automation than AI.

Yes, for suitable workloads. A local deployment depends on the model, hardware, required capabilities, and maintenance plan. We compare local and cloud options and explain the tradeoffs.

We agree on a bounded task, test with representative inputs, review failures, and define where a person must approve or take over. A pilot should demonstrate useful results before a wider rollout.

Yes. We assess the current equipment, cabling, coverage, and configuration before recommending changes. The aim is to solve the actual problem and keep useful equipment where it fits.

UniFi is a common choice in our work, but the recommendation depends on your existing systems, requirements, budget, and how the network will be maintained.

The same service can mean very different work at different businesses. The proposal sets out deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and price so you can judge the actual scope.

Hardware, software licenses, hosting, model usage, third-party services, and travel may be separate. We identify expected recurring costs and who owns each account in the proposal.

We discuss the change and its effect on cost and timing before doing the additional work. The approved scope is the reference for delivery and acceptance.

Yes. We can agree on ongoing maintenance, improvements, and support for a defined set of systems. Plans are scoped and priced for each business rather than sold as one-size-fits-all packages.

The agreement defines covered systems, service hours, contact methods, response targets, planned work, and exclusions. It also explains what remains your team’s or another provider’s responsibility.

Do not assume 24/7 monitoring or response. Availability and response commitments must be stated in the agreed support plan.

Yes. Residential networking, Home Assistant, automation, and builder coordination remain part of our work. The homes and property section brings those services together.

Core Home Assistant routines can run locally without a platform subscription. Optional cloud integrations, remote access services, hardware, and ongoing support may have costs. We explain these in the design.

Yes. Aerial photography and video are scoped around the property, deliverables, site access, airspace, and weather. We confirm feasibility and scheduling before a shoot.
