That can mean reviewing an environment, carrying out an infrastructure change, building a workflow, or finishing a website. The scope sets out the deliverables, dependencies, and people involved.

The proposal identifies deliverables, dependencies, the change owner, and acceptance checks. Before an infrastructure change, we agree on the change window and recovery steps. At handover, your team receives the configuration records, test results, and operating instructions in scope.
Ongoing support is agreed separately around the systems and coverage your business needs. It is not assumed to be included in a project fee.

Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?
Yes. We agree on responsibilities with the project owner and existing provider before changes begin, including access, approvals, communication, and handover.
What if the scope is not clear yet?
A smaller, flat-fee review can define the work and produce a plan and budget estimate. The fee and review scope are agreed before it starts.
How do you price the work?
We quote for the agreed scope, based on the environment, deliverables, coordination, and timing. Third-party costs and any ongoing support are identified separately.
