What do we receive?
A decision brief covering the current situation, evidence, options, a reasoned recommendation, and prioritized next steps. The proposal defines the depth of analysis and supporting documents for your question.
Do we have to hire Leios for implementation?
No. The review is a paid deliverable in its own right. You can use the findings with your internal team or another provider. Leios can separately scope hands-on delivery or technical oversight if useful.
Can you work alongside our IT provider?
Yes. We agree on responsibilities, access, and the specific contribution before starting. An existing provider often has useful operational context that should be included in the review.
Can advice continue after the project?
Yes. Ongoing advisory can include scheduled reviews, roadmap updates, or a defined allocation for technical decisions. Cadence, availability, and the work covered are agreed for your organization.
