Copper Creek Real Estate

Yuvi Rana, Oklahoma license #212331

Yuvi lists properties, works with buyers, handles Zillow and Realtor.com leads, and moves through inspections and closings. That experience shapes the lead, listing, CMA, and transaction workflows Leios builds.

The design starts with the real path: where the lead arrived, which facts are approved for the listing, who chooses comps and adjustments, and what the brokerage requires before publication or client delivery.

The result is a faster path through the systems the team already uses, without adding another standalone app.

Put the repeatable work on a reliable path.

Start with the listing, lead, CMA, or transaction step that keeps getting rebuilt by hand.

Listing Description Generator

Use approved property facts, room dimensions, and upgrades to prepare a listing draft. The agent reviews accuracy, fair-housing language, brokerage requirements, and current MLSOK fields before publication.

Client record: About 1.5 hours returned per listing

Lead Follow-Up Automation

A Zillow, Realtor.com, or website inquiry creates a CRM record, prepares the approved first response, and assigns the next action. Outreach uses the channel and consent recorded for that lead.

Client record: About 5 hours returned per week

CMA Report Assistance

Import comparable sales through approved MLS access, organize the property data, and prepare a market-analysis draft. The agent chooses the comps, adjustments, pricing recommendation, and final narrative.

Client record: About 3 hours returned per CMA

Showing Scheduler

Buyer inquiry triggers an automated availability check, confirmation, and reminder sequence. Integrates with your calendar and sends prep notes before each showing with property highlights.

Client record: About 2 hours returned per week

Market Report Automation

Approved MLS and public-source data flows into a branded market-report draft on schedule. The agent reviews the numbers and commentary before it is sent.

Client record: About 3 hours returned per week

Transaction Document Prep

Approved contract data flows into a checklist for deadlines, option periods, inspection windows, and closing milestones. Reminders and exceptions follow the brokerage's assigned review rules.

Client record: About 2 hours returned per transaction

Anonymized client record

One month after the workflow went live.

An Oklahoma real estate team changed how listing drafts, CMAs, lead response, and market reports moved through the week.

Before AI

  • 2 hours per listing description

Writing, rewriting, checking MLS compliance, making sure the tone is right. Every single listing.

  • Leads go cold overnight

A Zillow lead comes in at 9pm. You are at a showing. By the time you respond at 8am, they have already talked to three other agents.

  • CMAs take half a day

Pulling comps, adjusting for condition and lot size, writing the narrative. A solid CMA eats four to five hours every time.

  • Market reports fall off

You plan to send weekly market updates to your sphere. You send two, then get busy, and it dies for three months.

After AI

  • Descriptions in 10 minutes

Input approved property details, review the draft against the brokerage checklist, make edits, and publish after agent approval.

  • Leads get responses in under 2 minutes

The approved first response goes out through the lead's permitted channel, and the next task lands with the assigned agent.

  • CMAs drafted in 30 minutes

Approved data is organized into a CMA draft. The agent chooses comps and adjustments, then owns the pricing recommendation and client conversation.

  • Market reports stay on schedule

Approved data feeds a branded draft each week. The agent reviews the numbers and commentary before sending it to the selected audience.

The workflow returns time to pricing strategy, negotiation, showings, and client conversations while the agent keeps final control of the work.

AI for Real Estate FAQ

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use these tools?

No. Leios handles all setup, configuration, and integration with your existing real estate tools. Every engagement includes hands-on training tailored to how you actually work. Most agents are using the tools independently within the first week. If you can use KvCORE or Dotloop, you can use what we build.

Will AI replace real estate agents?

No. Negotiation, advice, representation, and trust remain with the agent. The useful role for AI is preparing drafts, organizing source data, and moving repeatable follow-up work so the agent has more time for the client.

Can you integrate with my existing CRM?

We work with KvCORE, Follow Up Boss, Chime, LionDesk, and other CRMs when the account provides approved API, export, Zapier, or Make access. The assessment confirms the plan, permissions, and fields before the integration is scoped.

How is listing content reviewed?

The workflow prepares a draft from approved property facts and checks it against the brokerage's current checklist. The agent or broker reviews accuracy, fair-housing language, disclosures, and MLSOK fields before publication. Yuvi's active Oklahoma real estate work informs how that review is built.

How much does AI for real estate cost?

Engagements start at $750 for an AI Readiness Assessment, which includes a workflow audit and written report with ROI projections specific to your real estate operation. A single deployed AI solution (like listing generation or lead follow-up) starts at $2,500. Full integration across multiple workflows starts at $5,000.
