Is every Home Assistant integration local?
No. Integrations can depend on a local connection or a cloud service. We check the integration and the features you want before promising local operation.
Does Home Assistant require a subscription?
The core platform can run on your own hardware without a platform subscription. Optional services, some connected products, hardware, and professional support can have separate costs. Those are identified in the scope.
Can you improve an existing installation?
Yes. We can begin with a review of the configuration, hardware, integrations, backups, and the issues you want resolved. The findings determine a suitable implementation scope.
Who handles updates?
That responsibility is agreed at handover. You can manage the documented system or arrange a support plan with defined maintenance and recovery responsibilities.
